Service Description

This treatment uses a combination of massage and energy work and is designed to help you connect to your inner guidance system, supporting you in all life transitions. Using hands-on techniques, including massage and energy work, the focus of this session is to help you connect with your senses and be more present with life transitions. Tailored to your body’s needs, I will work to help you connect to a greater level of self-awareness during times of change. This can include focused work such as: - massage of the scalp, neck, and shoulders and energetic cranial holds for tension headaches and to support clearer thoughts, sight, and hearing - massage of the feet, legs and hips, as well as cleansing energy work to support forward movement - massage of the hands, arms, chest, and shoulders and balancing energy work to support greater receptivity for writers, creators or anyone looking to start or complete a project - Reiki energy clearing of the Chakras and/or cord cutting to support the ending of a job, relationship, or project Overall this session is meant to help you connect more deeply with your intuition and to ease any tension you might feel during transitionary times, helping to regulate your nervous system and find ease in moving forward. Session includes warm oil, hot towels, and aromatherapy.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that as a solo business provider, all cancellations affect my livelihood and ability to fill in our appointment time at the last minute. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within the 24 hour window. If you contact me to reschedule before that time, no fee will be assessed. Thank you for understanding.
