Service Description

Using Reiki energy work and the concept of “cord cutting”, this session is designed to support disconnecting from others’ energies and “calling back” your own energy. Whether you’re leaving a job, a home, or a relationship - or needing to reclaim your energy from a challenging person or a situation - this gentle energy work session uses Reiki techniques to help release energetic cords that are tied to people, places, or experiences. We will begin with an intake session where we will name the energies you would like to release, as well as identifying any challenging emotions that are related and where you feel them in your body. Then, I will guide you to a meditative healing state, connecting to your breath and your body, before helping your energy body to “cut” and release the cords that tie you to the people, places, and experiences that are no longer serving you. I will then clear your energy centers (Chakras) and help you to call back your energies from the situation. We will end the session by connecting you to the Earth to support you in integrating the energies you have reclaimed. This session will leave you feeling light, open, and ready for new experiences.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that as a solo business provider, all cancellations affect my livelihood and ability to fill in our appointment time at the last minute. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within the 24 hour window. If you contact me to reschedule before that time, no fee will be assessed. Thank you for understanding.
