Playing with Your True Nature

Service Description

Connecting to a sense of curiosity and play by using guided visualization and Alchemical Alignment techniques, this session will help you connect more deeply to the natural world and open up your capacity to co-regulate with nature. During intake we will talk about your favorite places of the natural world, whether that is the beach you used to visit as a child, a mountaintop you travel to in your dreams, or a place that you’ve always wanted to visit that you feel a connection to - this session is about opening to your imagination and the infinite possibilities that exist there. I will guide you to a meditative healing state, connecting to your breath and your body, before we move to “visit” the magical realm of nature. We will tap into the elemental resources that are available in the location of your choice, such as the predictability of the ocean’s tides or stillness of a lake, the vastness of standing on a mountain top or sitting with the roots of the apple tree you grew up with in your grandmother’s backyard. Once we connect to nature, I will use Alchemical Alignment techniques to assist your body to move and release stuck energies and emotions, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and energized. This session is best approached with a sense of curiosity and playfulness in order to tap in to the vastness of possibility that lives in your imagination.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that as a solo business provider, all cancellations affect my livelihood and ability to fill in our appointment time at the last minute. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within the 24 hour window. If you contact me to reschedule before that time, no fee will be assessed. Thank you for understanding.
