Lighten Your Heart Stabilization Session

Service Description

Using Alchemical Alignment techniques, this session is designed to stabilize your nervous system and support your body’s own natural capacity for healing. In this session, I will guide you to a meditative healing state, connecting to your breath and your energy body using a combination of somatic techniques which can help bring awareness to areas that feel stuck or stagnant. You can choose to engage and participate in the session verbally, or remain quiet and receptive to my intuitive guidance. This session will leave you feeling more ease and peace, with a lighter heart and deeper connection to your own inner healer. Note: this session can be held live via zoom or phone, or we can meet for an intake session and then I will record and email it to you to listen to at your leisure - as often as you’d like!

Cancellation Policy

Please note that as a solo business provider, all cancellations affect my livelihood and ability to fill in our appointment time at the last minute. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within the 24 hour window. If you contact me to reschedule before that time, no fee will be assessed. Thank you for understanding.
