Gentle Heart Treatment

Service Description

This gentle balancing treatment is supportive of emotional heart healing, including feelings of sadness, loss, and grief. Connecting intuitively with your body, I will use hands-on Alchemical Alignment techniques to hold space for big emotions that may be in need of release. Holding your tender heart as the focus of this session, I will guide you in witnessing where these emotions are held, acknowledging the sensations they create in your physical body, and encouraging them to move and flow in healthy emotional expression. Because this kind of release can result in crying or a feeling of being “wrung-out” or depleted, the session will end with a balancing of your energy centers (Chakras), ending with holding your head and heart. My wish is that you leave feeling clearer, experiencing a more stabilized and regulated nervous system. Session includes hot towels and aromatherapy.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that as a solo business provider, all cancellations affect my livelihood and ability to fill in our appointment time at the last minute. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within the 24 hour window. If you contact me to reschedule before that time, no fee will be assessed. Thank you for understanding.
